Brandon D. Campbell is a fashion,
entertainment and live events producer. Campbell earned a B.A. in journalism and mass communications, with a minor in
international studies and entrepreneurial certification from the University of
Iowa. His career began as a features and entertainment reporter
for the Iowa City Press-Citizen and general assignment reporter for The Daily Iowan. He wrote and produced celebrity television obituary packages for FOX
News Channel in New York City, capitalizing off his daily newspaper experience.
As a TV producer in Los Angeles, Campbell’s work has been featured on
NBC, ABC, FOX, E! Entertainment, Style, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, VH1, and
MTV. His more significant credits were as a producer for “E! Live from the Red
Carpet” hosted by Ryan Seacrest and “Style Invades New York Fashion Week” hosted
by Andre Leon Talley and Jay Manual. Campbell also created and developed shows “Life Apart” and “Women of the Industry for E!. Later, Campbell joined World Wrestling Entertainment as a writer and producer for “Friday
Night SmackDown” and WWE.com. While at WWE, traveling and producing at Baton Rouge he developed a love for the city. In 2009, Campbell returned
to his hometown of Little Rock, Ark. to start Little Rock
Fashion Week. As its executive producer and writer, Campbell and his team
produce quality and uniquely themed fashion shows and photo shoots.
LRFW
is now the most influential fashion experience in the mid-south, showcasing over
75 fashion labels by local, national and international emerging designers. The
production has been attended by fashion/entertainment executives from LA, NYC,
and Miami. Clothing collections featured at LRFW have been sold in boutiques
nationwide, worn by celebrities, and showcased at New York’s Fashion Week. LRFW
also supports several charities and provides countless opportunities for youth
and those less fortunate. After several discussions with Baton Rouge city officials, Campbell decided to launch Oneofakind Baton Rouge Fashion Week, in hopes to have a similar positive impact on the city's community that LRFW has had in Little Rock. A major supporter of OBRFW is Capitol Park Museum. A portion of proceeds from OBRFW will be donated to the Louisiana Museum Foundation.
Campbell is the founder of Oneofakind™ Talent Inc.,
a boutique modeling and talent firm. As an agent, Campbell’s models have been
booked for jobs by Wal-Mart, Dillard’s, Axe, Proctor & Gamble, Straight Talk
Wireless, national fashion week runway shows, magazine spreads, etc. Campbell has produced bridal runway fashion shows. Campbell hosts the “Fashion
Forward” segment on FOX's Good Day Arkansas.
Campbell’s
professional honors include the WWE & Me award for excellent work,
Outstanding Contribution to Arkansas Beauty & Fashion Industry award, The
Distinguished Fashion Industry Achievement Award by Internet Celebrity TV
Magazine and in 2013 Arkansas Life magazine recognized him as a top “Arkansas
Style Setter.”
He’s a member of the International Radio and
Television Society in NYC and a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Campbell supports
several non-profits including, Easter Seals, CARTI and Susan
G. Komen. Campbell started Oneofakind Fellowship Foundation to provide
scholarships to students aspiring to obtain careers in fashion and entertainment
media. When he’s not producing or volunteering, Campbell shares his experiences at colleges.
